Saprophytic, fungicolous on a fruiting body of Helvella sp. Asexual morph: Conidiophores with smooth stipes, hyaline or light brown, 500–1000 × 11–22 μm ( = 750 × 16 μm, n = 20). Vesicles globose to subglobose, 37–65 μm ( = 55 μm, n = 10) wide (degenerated smaller vesicles measuring 11–21 μm (= 18 μm, n = 20), fertile over two thirds to entire surface. Phialides flask-shaped, 6–11 × 4–6.5 μm ( = 9 × 5.5 μm, n = 20). Conidia globose to subglobose, in most strains tuberculate, microtuberculate 6–9 × 5.5–7.5 μm (= 7 × 6 μm, n = 30). Sexual morph: Undetermined. (Description from Sun et al. 2019)
